The 12 Steps to Humility
Step 1. Admit to yourself that you really just aren’t cool as you portray yourself to be to others.
Step 2. Look in the mirror and identify everything about you that you makes you uncomfortable.
Step 3. Tell yourself that you are incapable of changing these things on your own.
Step 4. Take a fearless inventory on just how many things you’ve screwed up in your life.
Step 5. Put your head down and try to not make eye contact with people.
Step 6. Expect what you think people are saying about you behind your back is true.
Step 7. Shut the F*!@ up!
Step 8. Start listening to people rather than talking
Step 9. Accept that anything you can do, someone else can do better
Step 10. Truly reflect on these prior 9 steps
Step 11. Pray for help
Step 12. Share experience with others
Now after working all 12 Steps thoroughly and have seen a psychiatrist, your humble path to spirituality may begin!
